Some dynamic shadow are not rendering when casted outside of the view

I have a room with 4 dynamic lights, but some shadows are not visible until I touch anything in
the pointlight properties while looking at the spot where they supposed to be, just like those shadows are culled but never automatically… unculled :thinking:
It kind of looks like dynamic light sources are sleeping sometimes.

It’s fully dynamic project, with Lumen and recent UE version. No virtual shadow maps.
