SlateDrawWindowsCommand causes big spikes in empty scene

Hello!
Recently, i mentioned spikes in my project for gearVR through the session frontend(pic 1).
I’ve read that this spikes appear when GPU cant render scene fast enough or when VSYNC is activated,sometimes, Timewarp can be the reason for that. I couldnt find any info about timewarp and vsync deactivation in gearVR so I tried to deactivate VSYNC with 2 commands: “r.vsync 0” and “t.maxfps 150” and timewarp with “hmd timewarp off” but it doesn’t seem to affect in any way.
After that, I tried to build an empty scene with no pawn(pic 2) and result was identical.
BTW, i use gearVR 2 and i’ve already activated performance mode on my mobile(samsung galaxy s7).
My question:
What can cause this spikes???
Settings:
Mobile HDR disabled;
Multiview enabled;
No MSAA;
Forward Shading: Enabled;
