Skylight won't turn on and show up in render when keyframed in the sequencer

I have a skylight in my scene that shows up and does its job in the viewport but i cant get it to show up in the renders. My global illumination method is lumen and the skylight is moveable so it can be keyframed. I have other lighting stuff in the sequencer too like volumetric fog and a direct light but those show up normally. I have tried literally everything to get it working but it does not want to. Please if anyone has any idea what might be wrong let me know, anything really will help cause i myself dont have a lot of experience with lighting in ue5
