SkyLight refreshing in real time

Hi there! I would like to create a BP which will refresh SkyLight in real time. I saw something like this in other Unreal Engine videos and this is awesome feature!
Someone knows something about this?

But I believe it’s quite expensive to do, so not something to put on tick.

It’s in level BP by default now in 4.24
But anyway landscape still white
