Sky light issue

hey guys,
I’m hoping someone can help me out here on answerhub since no one had an idea on the forums.
I’m working on a modular dark hallway scene and for some reason one particular part of the hallway “mesh” is casting the skylight different than all the other, it’s a closed scene “room” and i have no idea why this mesh “floor” is casting the skylight.

First pictures shows the scene the brighter part “area” with the floor is the issue i’m talking about… To make it more clear i chnaged the color of the skylight to green in the second picture.
