Should I build light if all lights are movable?

My whole level will be movable, so lights are movable too. However, when I build light, it causes some strange shadows. Can I just not to build lights, if there isn’t any light to bake anyway?

Enable Force No Precomputed Lighting in World Settings > Lightmass Settings and then build the lights one last time. That should fix the problem.
