Shadows on static mesh VS Shadows on skeletal mesh - Static is messy and the Skeletal is clean

Baked shadows are not what im using. In a dynamic setting, the appearance of the shadow is still not the same. I dont want the mesh to be static either, its meant to attach to the character himself.
