Shadow/texture flickering

At bigger distances my grass mesh starts to flick. Im not sure if its due to bad mesh setup or lightning settings which i have tweaked alot. Here is how it looks:


Now i noticed its most likely shadow/selfshadowing problem because on lighted side on open space problem doesnt occure.

Also when i look too close on mesh shadow stops appear from bottom.

What shadowing method are you using?

I use VSM because all my meshes use nanite.

Hmm, lumen as well?

My guess is that you’re not using the two sided foliage shading model, which is leading to overocclusion and noise because of how fine the detail is? Only if you’re using lumen.
