Shadow problem, no shadow line

I have a cup model, it seems well in mesh editor, it has shadow line and shadow, so it looks real.

But when I put it into the scene, it doesn’t have shadow line and shadow, no matter how I adjust the light direction, it seems the same bright.

I choose “dynamic inset shadow” in the detail settings and is has a little shadow, but still no shadow lines.
I’ve tried to adjust light quality to Production and engine scalability to Epic, but no use for me.

I don’t know how to fix it, could anybody save me please?

Hi!

Is(needs to be?) the cup a movable mesh? What kind of lighting do you need in your scene: static or movable or inbetween?

try building lighting

also the material that its setting on might be emissive
