shaders recompile everytime i make changes to material?

why do shaders recompile every time i make changes to material. i am using ue 4.9 ? please help me , this bug has been in ue since forever. tell me a fix , i am totally exhausted, which version do not have this shaders recompilation issue ? please give me a fix!

This is not a bug, every time you change something, the shader needs to recalculate the nodes to show you the result.
It also helps to disable live update.
