Screen space reflection not working

Hi, normally my screen space reflections are fully black (first pic).

untill i point a sport light (intensity of 1.000.000 cd) to it. then some really vague and blurry reflections can be seen (2nd pic)

these are my settings:

Project settings:
Use hardware ray tracing when available = on
software ray tracing mode = global tracing
support hardware ray tracing = on

PostProcessVolume settings of the screen space reflection:

  • intensity to 100
  • quality to 100
  • max roughness to 0.6 (default)
