When overriding materials on a prefab within a scene, the materials do not display correctly within the edit session. Occasionally they will also revert to their default material upon editor restart.
We are using One File Per Entity - not sure if this affects the issue.

Create a prefab with a mesh_component and custom material.
Expected Result
Add this prefab to a level. Override the material with a new custom material.
