Here is video of the runtime transformer plugin compiled in 5.3. This plugin is already present on unreal marketplace Runtime Transformer Tool (Gizmo) in Code Plugins - UE Marketplace.
It’s currently support only 4.24-4.27 and I have compiled it for 5.3, So you can use that in higher versions and also in unreal 5 previous versions. I have pinned the compiled plugin repo in video’s description.
