Summary

When uploading a rocket racing map without a background it uploads the default rocket racing background as your own.

Steps to Reproduce

Upload a rocket racing map, see that it adds a background for you and that background has text in the image

Expected Result

You should not have a background attached to you map if you didn’t add one or it should just use the default Fortnite background for racing

Observed Result

It put a background for me and I actually got a sanction on my account for it not being authentic and it having text

I have tried submitting with my own background and no background and in both cases it replaces it with the Delmar Fortnite background as if it’s mine. Please note this is different than it just switching to that on the lobby. It is causing sanctions and blocking your own background.
