Rendering artifacts bottom screen

I have some weird artifacts. Does anyone know what causes it? There an image with what i am talking about.

Do the artifacts go away if you change Project Settings → Dynamic Global Illumination Method to ‘None’?

Do you see any difference in fullscreen? (F11)

From what I am seeing, artifacts appear in Editor. They don’t appear in Game.

As for your suggestions, none fixed those artifacts.

I have RX580 8GB with Adrenaline 22.6.1 GPU. Don’t know if its driver’s issue.

From just that image, it’s hard to tell what is happening. Consider uploading a video.

Also, make a copy of the level and start deleting things to help narrow down the cause. (Is it a decal that’s bugged? Is there something in the sidewalk material? Does this have something to do with the fog or lighting?)

Hello, I think I fixed those issues. I had messes up local exposure settings.
