Oh! Nice catch there! That’s a good workaround until this can be resolved with a proper fix! Thanks for the update and I’ll be sure to pass this along if anyone else runs into it. 
its 2019 and this still is not working the way it should be in 4.21. box reflection captures show static lights in their reflection. did this just get forgotten, or what happened here?
Light has a property “Specular Scale” in detail panel. Change it to 0 then no flections.
