Summary
Since the v40.00 update, Proximity Chat is broken. The audio keeps cutting in and out constantly while people are talking. It makes it impossible to have a conversation,sometimes it even cuts out completely.

Steps to Reproduce
Open an island with Proximity Chat
Join a populated lobby and start talking to other players.
You’ll notice the audio randomly stutters or goes dead silent for a few seconds at a time.
Expected Result
Proximity Chat should have stable audio without any cutting out or stuttering.
Also work 100% of the time, now sometimes u cant hear a person at all.
Observed Result
The audio is super unstable. It’s intermittent, so it doesn’t happen every single second, but it happens enough in every session to make the game unplayable.

Additional Notes
Also, the “talking” icons are bugged and always show next to players names even if they are very far away outside of the proximity range.
