Project SkyAtmosphere corruption & lock Rendering in Project Settings

Restart editor after Rendering option changes, randomly SkyAtmosphere shows black sky like pics below.

It still affects VolumetricCloud but that’s all.

When I found problem, and open Project Settings to roll back Rendering option, some feilds are locked and never unlocked again.

At my case, light rebuilding and change Rendering options not works.
I can solve it temporarily to create a new project and migrate, but not a fundamental solution so it happening again.
Some more info about my setups, using UE 5.3, 5.4 and add OpenXR plugin.

Maybe it can be trigger with some conditions, but at now it happens unexpected timing, and I didn’t figure it out.

But I’m not sure why forward rendering causes issue, and even MetaXR plugin notice to turn on the option…
