procedural & emissive light won't show on imported mesh UE 4.27

UE4 4.27.2

Having a very odd problem.

I have an imported mesh, and granted it’s very complex. The UV maps aren’t great, but there are no overlaps. I was able to get the lighting map generated without any overlaps on that either. When I build the lighting, still, no overlaps.

But when I build the lighting, suddenly emissive and procedurally generated point lights stop working. The sun works, the skylight works, and manually placed point lights work, but emissive textures don’t and my procedurally generated light string doesn’t work.

But those things still work on other objects, as you can see on the generic cube in the “after build” image (which has the same material as the floor). The point lights of the procedural string light even works on itself, no problem (and sometimes…weirdly, it seems to work on the WINDOWS of the mesh I’m having a problem with, for some odd reason. But ONLY the windows).

(also, I have no idea why the point light is leaking through the walls onto the floor. It’s very weird)
