Problem with low quality staircase-like shadows on the static geometry

Hello! Currently I’m learning how to configure baked lightning on my levels, but unfortunately I ended up with this problem. Despite all the techniques that can improve quality of baked shadows (increasing lightmaps res., changing lightning quality before build to “Production” and other parms in “World settings”) that I tried, nothing changed. My shadows on the static geometry still look bad, they look staircase-like…

My hardware characteristics are good enough for my current version of UE:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070 Super
CPU: Intel core i5-13600K
RAM: 32Gb
UE-version: UE5.2.1

Could you, please, give me advice how to solve this problem?
