Problem with dynamic lighting

I would like to simulate physics for many objects but that requires dynamic lighting. On the left pallets are static and on the right pallet is dynamic. For every object that’s dynamic I have very shiny and ugly look. What causes it and how to fix it?

It looks like your light is too bright there is also a roughness setting in the dynamic light and I would suggest using a post process volume so you can manually tweak .

I have only Directional Light on my scene. Tweaking random things in postprocessvolume didn’t helped me too.
