Problem - Blurry Occlusions in the Shadows

Hey !

I’ve recently worked on a Diorama using UE5, but i still have one problem. In the shadows, the occlusion is kind of blurry, which adds a “dirty” aspect to my work. I tried tweaking almost every parameter in my SkyLight in order to know where does that come from, but i unfortunately didn’t find what i was looking for. No matter what my screen percentage is, i still have this issue !
This problem is more noticeable on the foliage. Here are some screenshots so you can understand better the problem !

Are you using pixel depth offset in your material?

No ! Here is a screen of my graph for my Foliage Master Material, no idea if that can help !
