Post Process can't be enabled for Players who Join In Progress

Summary

I wanted to use Post Process Device for the first time, but I found out that it is another device that is not working for players who join a session in progress (JIP Players). When I set this device to be disabled upon start, becouse I want to activate it only after some action, it is working for JIP Players only if that action was done before they joined in. But if it is done after they joined it, they will never see the post process to be applied and it doesn’t matter if that action to enable it is done by them or by the player who started the session. It also doesn’t matter if that action to enable it is set as “Enable for All” or as “Enable for Instigator”. It also doesn’t matter if that action to enable it is done by different devices (I tried a standard Button Device and a Pop-up Device).

I tried it in 2 different maps without any Verse code in connection with this, but only in Private Versions (Playtest), becouse I don’t want to include in Public Version something that is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Post Process Device and set its setting “Enabled During Phase” to “None”.
Set its function(s) to enable it (Enable or Enable + Blend in - for All or for Instigator) by some action like a Button Device.
Start a session with Player 1.
Join a session with Player 2 and press that Button to enable that Post Process effect (for everyone or only for the Player 2 (Instigator)).

Expected Result

When Joined In Player presses the Button to enable the Post Process effect, it should be enabled and visible for him (in both situations if it is set to be enabled for all or only for instigator).

Observed Result

When Joined In Player presses the Button to enable the Post Process effect, nothing will happen for him (but it will be enabled for the player who started the session if it is set to be enabled for all). But when the first player who started the session presses the Button, the Post Process effect is working for him (but still not for Joined In Player even if it is set to be enabled for all).
