I have the same problem. It’s hilarious to me that you use the Chase backend, because Chase is the bank that issued my card and I still can’t pay you. I contacted Epic two weeks ago, and again last week, only heard back once with no details, and not since. I appreciate that Epic is willing to discuss in a public forum, but it looks like people have been having problems for months. Chase card has been my primary one for almost 15 years, but caps about a year of that bank’s services that have been an absolute nightmare of technical failures and poor customer service.

I’m glad I saw thread, though. At least I can be confident Epic will get the working eventually.

concerns me – would you mind forwarding me your correspondence without any CC information or other sensitive data? My email address is … I’d like to dig into why we dropped the ball on support in your case.

RE: PayPal. We’re sadly still waiting on some paperwork that is due to be completed any day now. The tech side is ready and we’ll flip the switch once all the legal aspects are taken care of. My apologies for the delay!

I’m from Indonesia
how long does it take for UE4 to be available in Indonesia??
I need engine for my college project
If it’s not available soon maybe I will move to other engine

Paypal ! Yes !

But I still can’t buy the UE4, because I have to link a card to my paypal account … I don’t have a card, and a bank account either… :’( (I’m 17.)
Are we forced to link a card, or maybe someone has a solution ?

We just get a clear from our legal department to be able to serve Indonesia (and other regions in Asia).
We are starting to look at the engineering effort to make happen.

We are on the last stretch to make happen.

i just wanted to pay the license with paypal and got an “Unknown error in processing payment. Please try again later.”.

Could it be because my e-mail-adress i’m using for unrealengine differs from my email-adress i’m using for paypal ?

I get the exact same error - and my emails are the same in Paypal and here.

We are happy to report that some Asian countries that were previously labeled as ‘coming soon’ (including Indonesia) are now available.
Users from those countries can now subscribe to use UE4.

Hello Epic,

with paypal subscription i’ll get message: “Zur Verarbeitung dieser Transaktion benötigt Epic Games International S.a.r.l Ihre Rechnungsadresse.”
(To process the transaction Epic Games International S.a.r.l needs your -adress)
but it’s already existing.

If there is a noob-tutorial anywhere how to subscribe for unreal engine 4 with paypal pls forward it to me (anyone)!!!

It appears there is an with your PayPal account. You will need to contact Paypal customer support to resolve the before trying again.

Could you contact @unrealengine. about the? sort of can’t be answered via the forums as it involves your private data which those guys have access to to help you resolve it
