Not sure how you guys feel about Bitcoin, but Coinbase makes it easy to accept as a merchant and may be a good payment option, especially for some international users.

We are working on getting a Paypal system in place within the next few iterations. Thank you for your feedback!

For the German Users who think about buying a Prepaid Creditcard. Don’t buy the Joker Card at the "Aral Tankstelle(gas station). The Joker support told me it’s not possible… well **** off i just can wait for paypal now. :frowning:

Its difficult to buy anything online in my country using most methods other than paypal, but I’m not patiant enough to wait for paypal. If someone in another country (usa) were to purchase ue4 with their credit card for me, using my user account. Can I login and download it from were I am?

Time is money.
We’re really want to use UE4 and replace the Unity3D for our new plan.
But the payment system still broken to us(It shows COMING SOON after our country).
Please implement the Paypal payment ASAP.
Otherwise we will consider back to Unity3D, Because we cannot just wait you for …

Prepaid Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress cards should work.

Just to add to the flow of disapprovals of EPIC’s payment system, Mastercard in Romania (BT) doesn’t seem to work either, and again, it’s not my first purchase online. It’s been more than a few days…by now I’d have ended the contract with your company.

Please also think about a paysafecard option as an alternate way. It’s easy to handle without sharing sensitive bank account or credit card details.

I had the same problem until I used a virtual card from entropay.

I have been getting ‘Name and/or Address’ not correct errors every time I tried but solved it now.

I live in the UK and I need to keep checking which way I need to enter my details on different forms as they are not always the same. I tried removing the county, putting town name in county entry and different combinations of my name.

Finally I removed the space I enter when inserting the post code. It worked.

If you still have problems try removing a space or two, it may just work for you.

Rest assured, is a high priority item for us – sadly it requires dealing with some legal stuffs that is hard to predict timing wise. We will open up payment as soon as that is settled and will make sure to let people know. Please email @unrealengine. if you want to be notified as soon as that happens.

As Grant already said – is coming, largely due to 's feedback :slight_smile: We are also looking into alternative ways to increase payment coverage via PayPal.

What he meant by next iteration or two is that we have folks working on it right now and it is a race between the engineers and the biz guys to see who is going to not be the bottleneck. Anytime there is money involved there also is paperwork involved :wink: We have parallel efforts to increase reach and improve non-US support and those might come online first based on how fast those complete.

Hi, I’m from VietNam. I got a message ‘CVV sent does not match’. Just don’t understand there are something wrong with my Visa debit card.
I’ve used the same card for almost transactions sofar. So it’s quite weird.

For those of you experiencing issues with your credit cards being declined, please send an email to @unrealengine. with your payment card type, issuing bank, and your country/region/locale information. We can check to see why it is declined. If your payment card is from an issuing bank with a known, we will actively inform you when the if fixed or if there is another option for you. Sorry about the inconvenience.
