Players losing their score

Summary

An issue in many of our islands where players lose their scores randomly and not the rest of their persistent data like Verse persistent data. Lately there has been a significant increase in players losing their score as well.
All the mechanics we are using are the score manager device and the save point device.
This has been happening in many of our islands for a long time. Players will load into a session and their score will be gone.

Steps to Reproduce

Have an island with a score manager which grants score and a save point device. Set the score amount in Verse and activate the score manager to give players score and use the save point device to save it persistently.

Expected Result

The score should be saved indefinitely without being lost.

Observed Result

After some time which appears to be random, a player will load into a game and all their score will be lost. This happens at any score amount, after any amount of time, it could be 1 day or 3 months or never.

We’ve managed to get a video of a player right when they lost their score, but we can’t know if this happens whenever someone loses their score.
We believe there’s a chance it’s also caused when a new round starts not just when joining a new game.

Hey sorry for not responding for some reason I couldn’t see your message for days?
It’s not possible for me to get logs after this happens unfortunately, as I am not able to reproduce the bug. I can only tell you what players of my game reported.
