Summary
When a player selects a Private Match, they are sometimes suddenly placed with other players who are already playing the map in a Public Match. Sometimes, other players suddenly join a Private Match even when the player started it alone. When this happens, the server may get stuck and we cannot play normally.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enter the map.
- Select Private Match.
- Start the match alone or with friends.
- Wait for the match to start.
- Check the players in the session.
Expected Result
When selecting a Private Match, the player should only be in a private session with their party and should not be placed in a public match with other players.
Observed Result
When a player joins a Private Match, they are sometimes suddenly placed into a Public Match with other players.
