Player reference device not showing player's skin who is wearing kicks

Summary

So it seems like player reference is registering the player but not showing the skin. It’s very odd as it’s broken on my map 8399-8303-7944 and works fine on other maps

UPDATE:
The issue happens when players wear kicks and join the game

Registering player wearing kicks to player reference device. Player skin’s not showing

Expected Result

player’s skin should be visible as it’s been registered
