I’m unsure if it’s just when fired, or if it has to kill at least one thing, however it seems like firing plasma cannon does not get cleared from memory. My game went from 3 gigs ram, and up to 5 over gigs ram over long-term use. Framerate dropped from 60 fps down to 6-11 fps when looking at the area where the cannon was shot. Looking away brought it back up to 60 fps.
