the image displays my problem, i did´t know how to better ask the question. After building lighting i get these wierd shadow lines.
I´ve tried changing the lightmass res without success. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

If you mean the shading differences between your modular pieces:
Under lightmass settings:
Level scale 0.1
and smoothness: 0.6
will solve this problem!
