Particle's Stopped Showing After Changing Lighting

Hi there,
I’m still pretty new to Unreal Engine and I am using it to light my final University Animation. I am still using UE4 as I don’t have the download speed to update haha.

I am relighting my entire scene and I had to turn auto exposure off in the project settings in order to reduce the overexposure of my whole scene when I added a sun sky (before the sun sky I was lighting with directional light and it was working fine, all of my particles were showing).

Now the overall lighting is better with the sunsky but my particles aren’t showing anymore? Its a cave so it’s lit with fire torches. The default fire particle system smoke is showing but no flames. And my other torches I downloaded from the market place are the same. Smoke but no fire.

I assume some setting I changed while setting up the sunsky did something? Even the little preview particle effects in the content browser dont show flames anymore. Something to do with the nodes? If so how do I fix it? No clue what I’m doing since I specialise in Animation haha.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I have no clue what I’m doing and I need to fix the scene asap.

Thanks!

Update:
So ive discovered the fire particles show when the project exposure is set to 0 but the sun sky is too over-exposed at that setting and it needs to be at -11 to look right. How do I set the exposure of specific things?
Or the brightness of the sunsky?

Also since adding the sunsky I cannot see the ground under this foliage now. I had a landscape with the default grass material applied. Can’t see it even when viewing unlit in the viewport.
