Parented items no longer move in editor

Summary

When you move an actor that has child actors the children don’t move (they sort of wobble, but return to original position)

Steps to Reproduce

Place a prop
Attach something else to that prop
Move prop in editor

Expected Result

Child props move with parent

Observed Result

Child props do not move

Platform(s)

PC

Although this is a lego island, it happens in non lego too

This is extremely important. Would have loved to finish my map this weekend, this is basically impossible to do now.

Have the same issue. The child object starts twitching when i move parent, but then still at the same place after i moved parent object in new posiiton.
