Overlapping spotlight shadows inconsistent

in project you will see 2 shadows from cylinder_near & cylinder_far. there is spotlight high up with sourceradius=130. this causes shadow from cylinder_far to appear blurred and cylinder_near sharper. issue is that where these shadows overlap, the shadow from cylinder_near is missing creating very abrupt and jarring visual, specially when objects (like player) move.

Steps to Reproduce
Open attached project. default camera will point to shadow issue.

Hi Tomi,

Sorry for the late reply. I took a look at your project and noticed that the Raytraced Shadows for Direct Lighting project setting was not enabled. You will need to have that enabled to get consistent results with your shadows. After I turned that on, the artifacts went away, and the shadows looked as expected. If you need to find the setting, I posted a screenshot below.
