Odd light clipping when combining Stationary lights with Movable lights

I’m having a really odd issue in UE5.3.2 where, if a movable light is outside the range of a stationary light when it’s enabled, then moving it in range so that they overlap will cause the unusual clipping effect seen below:


This also occurs when the inverse happens, i.e. the stationary lights being turned on when the movable light is already on and not overlapping with any of the other lights.
instead of adding the lights together, it almost seems like they’re getting multiplied together instead, or something odd like that. Can anyone else replicate this? How can I fix this?

As an update, since it’s been four days without a response, I’m still having this issue. I believe it might be something to do with some optimization setting somewhere, though I have no idea where that would be. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
