Obstacle Course pieces not fully rendering in properly on low graphic settings

Summary

Obstacle_Course_Solid_C Walls place without the metal bump map texture. It looks normal in UEFN but is stripped away in session and in public games.

Steps to Reproduce

When in UEFN the obstacle course gallery looks normal. The behavior occurs in live edit. It is also causing a flickering effect that is bad on the eyes in low graphics setting. Y

Expected Result

You should see the standard parkour pieces without the flickering on low graphics settings. the obstacle course floor does not flicker.

Observed Result

When loading into any map using standard parkour pieces you will see a flicker in low graphics settings that is hard on the eyes. You will also see the material missing. Additional Notes

This is causing issues for parkours using traditional obstacle course walls

Ok so this is an issue when using low graphic settings. Not as large scale as I thought. But this is present for switch players and it is still hard on the eyes. So worth pointing out.

It is also good to note obstacle course floors do not have this issue in low settings. So this tells me the walls can be optimized not to flicker.

Adding a link to the flickering of the walls on low graphics. You can see it does not affect floors on low graphics. But the walls create a very displeasing effect for those on mobile and switch. https://youtu.be/RNawJG24wwg
