Objects refracted through glass look very low quality

Working on a lighting project for work and I noticed that the object behind a large pane of glass look completely wrong compared to how they look with out the pane of glass. Tried to recreate the issue at home and this is what it looks like.

This is with Lumen and Raytracing enabled
This feels like I’m missing a setting somewhere. When I turn Lumen and ray tracing off it looks much more accurate.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
When Refraction is on in the PPV it seems to fix this issue, but of course that means no refractions.

If you’re using RT translucency, I can answer that. RT translucency is essentially completely broken in UE5. It doesn’t account for shadowed skylight or GI, which results in flat, leaked lighting, as well as many hangups and performance issues. Lumen can work just fine, but raster translucency is the way to go for now. It will even recieve lumen reflections in 5.1, so RT translucency becomes a largely unnecessary feature except for refraction.
