After following all of the steps here Unreal Engine on GitHub I still am not receiving an email invitation, and do not have access to the unreal engine source code.
I have tried, unlinking, relinking, deleting the OAUTH etc, and nothing has worked.
Does anyone know how to get around this?
Also had exactly the same thing. The following post is also talking about the same issue, and claim a resolution, but this did not work for me at all.
Same problem, I’ve tried unregistering and re-registering, denying OAuth access and re-allowing, and waiting for around day.
Same - repeated the steps a few times and still didn’t get the org invitation email.
Same here, not working
I tried all the instructions from the support, but failed to join the organization. 
Is there any resolution now?
I’m also getting this issue.
Update: I finally received the invitation link.

We are still investigating this issue, but in the meantime, I would like to see if we can find a workaround, so you will be able to receive the invites. Can you please try following the steps on this link again, but this time on a Microsoft Edge Browser , to see if you will now be able to receive the invites?
