Normalmap problem with animated meshes

Do you use any scaling in bones during animation?

Hello,

we have the following issue.

The normal map is displayed fine after imported in the engine.

As soon as we animate the mesh (trough anim blueprint) the normalmap gets “powered” and is displayed different.

on the left is the mesh right after import. On the right is the animated mesh.
It is the same mesh and the same material. Nothing changed. Only animated.

We do not know where to find the issue…

The Dragon: Yes
The crocodile: No

And we have other dragons with scaling where the normalmap works fine.

Seems like scaling was the solution. Thanks at redbox
