Normal - UEFN - Radio device with custom track doesn't play in Creative Play

Repro:
-Add a radio device
-Set a custom audio track
-Launch live edit
-Start game

No audio will be played.

I had the same problem, what fixed it for me was to activate the resume sound checkbox under User Options → Advanced

SAME ISSUE HERE. World Partition BUG. Changed World partition settings range, then reverted the settings back. It deleted my ocean and made all of my speaker devices unusable.

I’m currently experiencing this. I found that if I sleep for a few seconds before playing and the player is within the radio devices radius, I was able to get it to work.
