Normal Map Compositing Method

Is there a framework like this or similar methods that can be used in UE5?
I am not familiar with Unity or Unity Surface Gradients (or are Surface gradients in all Engines?)

There’s a few different built in nodes for combining normal maps like DetailTexturing, the WorldAligned nodes, and BlendAngleCorrectedNormals
