Normal Lighting

Hey guys

Im looking for a bit of advise on the image below, as you can see the UVs match up more or less but the lighting on the normal is very different. What can i do about this?

Is the edge between the two different ligh areas softened? If you are working in Maya select the edge /Mesh Display/Soften Edge. Also make sure the normals are pointing in the right direction. /Mesh Display/Conform
