Noob question, FBX looks black in "lit" mode

OK, so I keep getting this problem; The scene has lighting (using a template), but when I import an FBX it looks black on all textures. I’ve rebuilt lighting, but no change. When changing the viewport to “unlit” I can see all the textures.

Never found a solution to this, would be very grateful for any suggestions.

The model is met/rough, added a reflection sphere and the textures appeared. Thank you so much for your help, I’m more grateful than you would think. THANK YOU!

Are they metallic in nature? Do you have a reflection capture?
