I am new to using the Unreal Engine, and i have ran into some kind of problem when it comes to certain objects (BSPs) casting shadows in the preview mode and when you are actually playing the game/level.
Here is the problem:
Again i am kind of new so if it is a really simple answer then i’m sorry.
You can check your objects properties to make sure its set to cast a shadow. If the object is setup to use static lighting you’ll need to rebuild the lighting to see the shadows.
Make sure you read through these documents, it should answer a lot of the questions you have.
