If the question is still relevant. I just recently added the stereo rendering and Lumen functionality for plugin Camera360v2.

NEWS 04.04.2023. Update in Marketplace! Fixed freezes after stereo rendering; Fixed masks for working with seams, now seams are not so conspicuous with small values of the cut.
