No GPU ussage in the task manager

Hello all,
I have a scene with GPU Lighmass Rendering. I am surprised that nothing happens in the task manager with the GPU utilization. What could be the reason for this?

Per latest check on this feature, it currently remains in Beta, meaning it’s bound to have unexplained issues in different builds and setups. The first step I would suggest is to review all related documentation on the feature, to make sure everything is configured accordingly:

likely an issue with the wmi implementation. it may show up in the compute category or it might be bugged and not show the utilisation at all. gpu temperature suggest you’re are indeed computing something, but the util report back is borken. i had a bunch of drivers in the past that did not report back correctly. it is what it is. soup of software. : )

I wonder that after the Light build there are now shadows see in the scene. On the Unit there are shadows on the flour not.
