Get into a car and try to boost
Expected Result
The boost and decal equipped in the locker should be applied to the car
Observed Result
No boost or decal applied to the car

The 1st screenshot is what shows up if you try to change the wrap in a changing booth, showing that nothing is actually equipped.
The second screenshot is showing what happens when you try to boost (nothing comes out and the boost zone turns yellow)
