Hello, we’ve also faced the issue which was reported here couple of times:

We see this error in the editor, and from time to time it’s firing during the cooking and failing the builds:

ERROR:root:[ None ] LogNiagaraEditor: Error: Invalid input type found while attempting initialize new rapid iteration parameters. Function Node: /Game/Maps/MainMenu/Scenes/TankUpgrade/VFX/Systems/NGS_Particle_Flying_Sparkles.NGS_Particle_Flying_Sparkles:HangingParticulates.NiagaraScriptSource_0.NiagaraGraph_0.NiagaraNodeFunctionCall_9 WindForce Input Name: Module.Physics Field
I’m attaching the archive with this Niagara System and its dependencies so you can check it.
Do you happen to have a fix or a workaround for this?
Hi, thanks for flagging this. It’s on our radar, but we don’t have a workaround to provide at the moment. Here’s the public link for the corresponding Jira ticket: https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-197313. I’ve updated the ticket to include this case, too.
I opened up the system you sent over, and didn’t get the WindForce Error. However, I do see a warning: “The emitter is GPU and is using dynamic bounds mode. Please update the Emitter or System properties, otherwise bounds may be incorrect.” I’m not expecting this to be the fix, but wanted to highlight it for you in case your team hasn’t seen it yet.
Hi Camille,
Thank you for sharing the ticket - we’ll keep an eye on it.
Regarding the bounds warning, yes, we’re aware of it, but thanks for pointing it out anyway.
Best regards,
Sure thing! I’ll go ahead and close this case, but feel free to reach out for additional support as needed.
