Niagara particles don't have stereoscopic convergence in VR in 4.24

In 4.24, if I create an empty level, and then create a Niagara particle system and put it in the level, and then look at it in VR, the particle system looks shimmery and weird. It looks like the stereoscopic effect is wrong somehow, like the convergence is wrong.

The particles look fine in monoscopic mode on my computer screen.

The catch here is that the Content examples work fine. But if I migrate them to a 4.24 level map other than the one they start in, they have the same problem.
