(NEW UPDATE) BROKE UEFN DEVICES!

Summary

Hello! I’ve encountered a bug where, after creating a map in UEFN and restarting the game, all devices seem to get scrambled. For example, barriers set to be invisible become visible again, HUD messages play sounds even though the audio option is turned off in UEFN settings. I noticed this issue after the latest update, and it’s preventing me from uploading the map. If you have any solutions, could you please explain them? Thank you!

3: Set Barrier Texture to in Invisible
2: Start the Game
3: End the Game

Expected Result

Barrier Texture NOT Visible!

Observed Result

Result( Bug ): Barrier Texture Visible

Hey guys,

Abount HUD Message Device’s Sound, You can disable with a blank sound cue asset.

Yeah the sound cue is blank but it still plays sounds.

No, Barriers are still visible in game.

in File Explorer

C:\Users%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\UnrealEditorFortnite

Delete folder Intermediate and Saved
Restart UEFN
Try again as in the documentation

Build all verse code after the update to verse 2
make sure your weak maps have been updated

Enabled During Phase None, Always, Pre-Game Only, Gameplay Only Determines which game phases the device will activate in.

Base Visible During Game On, Off Determines whether the barrier’s base is visible during the game.

My maps are broken too, same issues

Same here from the 32.00 update. The Class selector device and the Hud controller also restarting and not working well after the first round…
