Need help with actor relevancy

So I’ve noticed that the third person character when in multiplayer if one of them gets far away from another player they will get deleted frome the other players actors in level this is good so everyone not is processing what players far away are doing which saves resources but my problem is it doesn’t work with just normal BP actors they act as if their always relevant so is there a way to make actor that are spawned far away from the player only be in the level of the players that are close to it like the third person character dose
